Welcome to OceaniaPass! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Introduction

OceaniaPass provides job placement assistance to citizens of Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and Fiji seeking employment in Canada. Our services include consultancy, documentation support, and job application guidance.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • You must be a citizen of Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, or Fiji.

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal and professional information.

  • You must not have any legal restrictions preventing you from working abroad.

3. Services Provided

  • Job placement assistance and consultation.

  • Guidance on documentation and visa application processes.

  • Connecting candidates with potential employers in Canada.

4. Fees & Payment

  • OceaniaPass charges a service fee of $500 USD for job placement assistance.

  • Payments must be made in full before initiating the application process.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. No Employment Guarantee

  • OceaniaPass does not guarantee employment in Canada.

  • We assist in job applications, but final hiring decisions are made by Canadian employers and immigration authorities.

  • Success in securing employment depends on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and employer requirements.

6. Refund Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

  • A partial refund may be considered in cases where OceaniaPass fails to initiate the job application process due to internal reasons.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Follow all legal and immigration requirements set by the Canadian government.

  • Submit all required documents in a timely manner.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • OceaniaPass is not responsible for visa rejections or employer decisions.

  • We are not liable for any financial or personal loss arising from delays or rejection of applications.

  • Clients agree that they are using our services at their own risk.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without consent, except as required by law.

  • Your data will be stored securely and used solely for processing your job application.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • OceaniaPass reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction].
